• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse mental health issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated and holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that foster comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

You will primarily work with individuals and families who face barriers to accessing traditional mental health care. Our clientele may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns. Your compassionate approach will help foster trusting relationships that empower clients to share and work through their struggles, ultimately contributing to improved outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Experience in working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technology for client documentation and reporting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-focused therapy is highly desired.
• A proven track record of engaging with diverse populations and adapting therapeutic practices to meet varied cultural needs.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on your experience and case load.
