As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique needs, history, and challenges.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies that promote growth and healing.
• Setting actionable therapeutic milestones and regularly reviewing client progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients, addressing barriers to mental health care.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Actively participating in professional development activities and seeking opportunities for continuous learning and improvement within your practice.

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. By providing compassionate care, you will help guide them towards recovery and improved mental health outcomes. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to employ culturally competent and tailored approaches to meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid, state-issued license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated through previous client interactions.
• A strong foundation in therapeutic modalities, coupled with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to treatment.
• Proficient organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

While not mandatory, preferences for candidates include:

• Previous experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Familiarity with various assessment tools and therapeutic techniques applicable to a diverse client base.
• A track record of working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, supporting shared goals within a clinical framework.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, based on caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
