As a remote Telehealth provider, you will engage with clients through a secure and user-friendly online platform. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to craft personalized therapy strategies for each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address diverse mental health issues.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches to fit each unique situation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records, adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment planning for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health care.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various socio-economic backgrounds. Many of your clients may face significant barriers to accessing traditional mental health services, such as financial constraints or geographical limitations. Consequently, your expertise and commitment will play a crucial role in improving their mental health and overall quality of life.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the counseling profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology to streamline client documentation and care processes.

• The annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
