• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, to identify client concerns and establish an effective treatment plan.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop, present, and revise treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and client-centered goals.
• Participate in regular clinical case conferences to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine therapeutic strategies.
• Deliver engaging and informative educational lectures focusing on chemical dependency, designed to enhance community awareness and foster healthier lifestyles.
• Provide individual and group counseling services centered around chemical dependency, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and well-being.
• Manage case coordination to connect clients with essential resources and referrals, ensuring comprehensive support throughout their therapeutic journey.

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals grappling with mental health challenges, including chemical dependency issues. Our target population includes diverse community members of all ages, from adolescents to adults, each requiring tailored interventions that reflect their specific life circumstances and mental health needs.

• A master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and current Pennsylvania State License as a Clinical Social Worker.
• A minimum of two years' experience working in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong assessment capabilities and diagnostic skills, enabling personalized treatment planning and client-focused intervention.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly those serving individuals with substance use disorders, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse populations and adapt treatment approaches to meet varying cultural and individual needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions effectively.
