• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop customized therapy plans that address their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, actively engaging with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance that enhances their treatment experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health.

Your expertise as an LPC will be instrumental in supporting diverse client populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or telehealth setting.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse clientele effectively.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience delivering services via telehealth platforms, particularly in a remote working environment.
