• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your counseling skills and stay updated on the latest mental health research.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, families requiring support for relational issues, couples seeking counseling, and patients dealing with trauma or substance misuse. Your role is critical in empowering these individuals to overcome obstacles and improve their overall mental health and well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies to streamline documentation and patient care.

• Specialized experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community health services and outreach programs will be an advantage.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
