The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve creating a supportive atmosphere that empowers clients to explore their challenges and develop effective coping strategies. • Possession of an active, state-issued license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental approach to treatment are essential.
