• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that resonate with clients' preferences and backgrounds.
• Complete comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories, mental health concerns, and goals, facilitating an effective treatment plan.
• Create, document, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress, ensuring that interventions remain relevant and effective.
• Utilize digital documentation tools for record-keeping and compliance, maintaining accurate notes that reflect client progress and therapeutic strategies.
• Identify and refer clients to additional services or resources when indicated, helping to bridge gaps in care when necessary.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Tree Of Hope, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve cultivating a safe therapeutic environment in which clients feel empowered to share their experiences and embark on their journey toward healing.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy is required.
• An active Washington state license, such as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, is mandatory for this position.
• Demonstrated proficiency with telehealth platforms and a strong command of online documentation practices.
• The ability to work independently in a virtual environment, with effective time management and self-motivation skills.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in therapy.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
