Work Environment

As a remote position, this role offers a conducive work-life balance along with structured work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will receive full support from our administrative team, giving you more time to focus on what you do best—helping your clients achieve their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapeutic sessions via secure video conferencing, utilizing online tools to facilitate effective communication.
  • Develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring therapeutic goals align with measurable outcomes.
  • Perform initial assessments or intakes, gathering comprehensive information to build strong therapeutic alliances.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates in our electronic health record system.
  • Proactively manage a caseload by scheduling regular follow-ups and adapting treatment approaches as necessary for client success.
  • Handle crisis situations by implementing risk management strategies and making appropriate referrals to ensure client safety and well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role will play a key part in assisting clients through their challenges and empowering them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications
  • An active Washington State license in one of the following areas: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment, showcasing strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of clinical experience as a mental health professional.
  • Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices essential for effective patient care.
