We are seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from start to finish.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, organization, and helping others plan memorable trips. Remote Travel Coordinators use established booking platforms and travel resources to assist with reservations, itineraries, and overall travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
  • Assist clients with travel planning and destination recommendations based on their preferences
  • Organize and maintain detailed travel itineraries and reservation confirmations
  • Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and availability
  • Provide guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and trip details
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
  • Assist travelers with questions or itinerary adjustments when needed
  • Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
