If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, choose Ardent and make a difference with us.Ardent is seeking a Salesforce Technical Program Manager to join our team.This is a remote position, with occasional on-site work in Ashburn, VA as required by CBPPosition Description:Ardent is seeking a Salesforce Technical Program Manager with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience, with at least five (5) years leading complex projects and programs, preferably on technical solutions development projects and Salesforce programs.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage CBP's Salesforce Center of Innovation (CoI) technical support program across governance, development, release management, and operations.Provide overall program management, coordination, and delivery oversight for all Salesforce activities supporting CBP mission systems.Manage cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, release managers, and application teams working across multiple Salesforce orgs.Drive Agile program execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.Leads stakeholder communication with CBP technical leadership, program offices, and integrator teams.Ensure Salesforce solutions are planned, built, reviewed, and deployed in accordance with CBP governance, change control, and security requirements.Coordinate and oversee release management activities, including change requests, Technical Design Document reviews, and deployment schedules.Ensure the team remains fully functional and productive, removing blockers and resolving delivery risks.Facilitate daily scrums, project meetings, and coordination sessions across technical and business stakeholders.Provide status reporting, risk tracking, and delivery transparency to CBP leadership.RequirementsActive CBP BI clearance required.A certification in project management from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional from the Project Management Institute) is preferred.Experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment.Experience with full lifecycle Agile program management.Experience effectively communicating with senior levels of a customer organization.Experience delivering solutions to production and/or migrating legacy applications to new modern platforms.Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute those items in accordance with approved plans.Ensures the team is fully functional and productive, enables close cooperation across all roles and functions, shields the team from external interferences and removes barriers, facilitates Daily Scrums/Project Meetings, communicates information outside the team, keeps the team focused on the tasks at hand, conducts stakeholder management.Due to the nature of the work we support, all candidates in consideration for this role must be willing to undergo the government issued background investigation process.Ardent is an equal opportunity employer.
