Stellar Solutions is seeking a MiDAS Acquisition Analyst to support enterprise-level defense acquisition activities across Air Force and Space Force programs. This role supports acquisition documentation, milestone preparation, policy research, task tracking, and coordinated program execution in a dynamic mission environment. The selected candidate will work across cost, schedule, engineering, and programmatic disciplines to help Government teams move acquisition activities forward with clarity, accuracy, and accountability.


The MiDAS Acquisition Analyst will help translate acquisition priorities into organized documentation, coordinated actions, and decision-ready support for Government program teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while operating with some guidance in a fast-moving environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support development of acquisition documentation and milestone preparation materials.
  • Research and interpret Defense Acquisition and Adaptive Acquisition Framework policies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across cost, schedule, engineering, and programmatic disciplines.
  • Track tasks, maintain action logs, and support review and approval processes.
  • Participate in technical and programmatic working sessions with Government and program partners.
  • Support activities related to Major Capability Acquisitions, Middle Tier Acquisition, Software Acquisition Pathway, and Other Transaction Authority efforts.
  • Communicate acquisition information clearly through written products, meeting notes, and verbal updates.
  • Manage multiple tasks with some guidance in a dynamic program environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and attention to detail in support of customer mission needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition, program management, financial management, engineering, business administration, or business management.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with some guidance and operate in a dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Air Force or Space Force programs.
  • Experience with acquisition pathways such as Major Capability Acquisition, Middle Tier Acquisition, Software Acquisition Pathway, or Other Transaction Authority.
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Project, or Kanban boards.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for research, analytical automation, and integrated data environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Completion of the DAU Course.
  • APDP Certification.

This position is full-time, on site in El Segundo


Compensation

The typical salary range for this position is USD $100,000 - $135,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan, and other benefits, all in addition to salary.


Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction.
