Job Title: Student Worker - OVPR Contracts Student Assistant

Desired Length of Employment: Ongoing--Fall/Spring

Pay Rate: $11.00/hr

Job Description:

  • Assist the Pre-Award Contracts Administrator Grants and Contracts with the day-to-day preparation, review, and monitoring of externally funded sponsored Programs agreements and related Subawards.
  •  Activities include document preparation, financial review of subaward invoices, preparation of internal reports, and document tracking.
  • Experience with Excel and excellent attention to detail preferred.
