Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and optimizing our CRM system. This is a hybrid, full-time position that reports directly to the CEO and Operations Manager. Experience within an Agency setting is a plus.

  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon.
  • Keep CRM system updated with accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings.
  • Close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Create detailed case studies showcasing successful client projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the email marketing team on campaigns and strategies.
  • Implement drip marketing strategies for leads that go silent.
  • Identify opportunities for corporate events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
