Our client is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join its growing global sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to inherit established international customer relationships while driving new business across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, South America, and other global markets. You'll work alongside an experienced international sales leader, receive extensive mentorship, and gradually transition into managing a portfolio of strategic international accounts.

What You'll Do Manage and grow existing international customer relationships Develop new business across global markets Prospect and open strategic international accounts Conduct virtual sales meetings and executive presentations Travel internationally to visit customers, distributors, and trade shows Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and sales pipeline What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 7+ years of B2B sales, international sales, or global account management experience Proven success developing new business and growing strategic customer relationships Experience selling complex products or solutions to manufacturers, distributors, or enterprise customers Ability to travel internationally approximately 50% Experience using CRM systems Valid passport or ability to obtain one Highly Preferred Experience Experience selling into one or more of the following industries is highly preferred: Plastics or polymer manufacturing (major plus) Packaging Material handling or pallets Pharmaceutical Food & Beverage Industrial manufacturing Consumer products Industrial equipment Supply chain or logistics Candidates with strong international B2B sales experience from adjacent industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
