Regional Manager

National Salon Suite Franchise Concept

We are seeking a Regional Manager for a national salon suite franchise concept.

Responsibilities
  • Keep locations occupied with qualified studio clients through lead follow-up and property showings for prospective clients.
  • Use CRA to implement and track marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Manage and document client agreements.
  • Conduct orientations covering the property and Sola business model.
  • Identify and resolve client issues to support a positive client experience.
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs.
  • Regularly inspect properties to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Quickly resolve emergency maintenance issues.
  • Provide regular reporting to ownership regarding:
    • Prospects
    • Vacancies
    • Physical condition of properties
    • Maintenance issues
    • Tenant satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Extensive travel required.

This position is remote and requires frequent travel to assigned properties and markets.
