The Company You’ll Join: It is our mission to create an exceptional firm that betters the world of work. Through granular candidate insights, in-depth employer benchmarking, continuous market pulses, actionable strategies, and recruiting feedback platforms, the team at Veris Insights is advancing the way companies across North America approach recruiting, employer branding, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and talent management. We work with hundreds of Fortune 1000 organizations to help them solve their hardest talent challenges and it is our aspiration to be nothing less than the single, unequivocal best partner to every one of these leaders in that pursuit.

The Team You’ll Join: You will join the Entry Talent Accelerator Program (ETA), a high-performance early-career development program designed for ambitious individuals looking to accelerate their growth in client-facing and revenue-generating environments.

As a Growth Development Representative, you will sit within our Growth & Marketing Division and serve as one of the first points of contact for senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders interested in Veris Insights' work. Through strategic outreach and insights-driven conversations, you will help generate interest in our research memberships while developing communication, advisory, and executive-facing skills foundational to long-term career growth at the firm.

This is an outbound growth and business development role centered around high-volume communication and strategic prospecting. Growth Development Representatives spend a significant portion of their day conducting outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn, engaging senior leaders in thoughtful, data-informed conversations.

This role is best suited for individuals energized by fast-paced, high-volume communication environments and motivated by performance, growth, and continuous development.

How You’ll Grow:  The ETA Program is a structured, one-year accelerator designed to develop high-potential early-career talent through intensive mentorship, executive exposure, and hands-on client-facing experience.

Through the program, you will develop:

Public Speaking & Executive Presence: Build confidence and fluency in high-pressure communication environments through coaching, repetition, and real-time feedback.

Consultative Advisory Skills: Learn how to identify executive priorities, build credibility quickly, and guide strategic conversations with senior leaders.

Negotiation & Influence: Develop the ability to navigate high-stakes conversations with confidence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal judgement.

Data Interpretation & Insight Delivery: Learn how to quickly interpret research and data to support real-time, insight-driven advisory conversations.

Following the program, participants transition into broader client-facing and revenue-generating paths across the firm, including Member Experience Strategy Lead (our client success team), Partnership Lead (our renewals team), and Account Advisor roles (our new business team).

In addition to tailored career pathing and coaching, participants contribute to cross-functional strategy projects focused on innovation and firm growth, with opportunities to present findings directly to executive leadership.

Your Character:

Incisiveness. You quickly identify priorities, connect ideas, and thoughtfully diagnose challenges.

Executive Presence. You communicate with confidence, professionalism, warmth, and credibility across a wide range of audiences.

Results Orientation. You are motivated by performance, growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Intellectual Curiosity. You enjoy learning quickly, asking thoughtful questions, and building expertise in complex topics.

Empathy & Service Orientation. You genuinely care about the people you work with and strive to build trust in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Direct Outreach & Pipeline Generation
  • Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn

Please keep in mind: Research has shown that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds only apply to jobs when they meet 100% of the requirements vs. their majority counterparts, which apply at a much higher rate if they meet 50-60% of the requirements. So, with that being said, if you are interested in the role, we would love to hear how you can leverage your talents to be an awesome culture add.

Our Values & Culture, In Brief: Talent is in our DNA. It is what we study, who we serve, and the quality we most pride ourselves on internally. In order for our team members to be at their best, we provide individualized benefits and support. At the most basic level, benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance benefits, and career development opportunities. We believe a well-rounded and diverse team is the key to our success. To provide the widest range of experiences and perspectives in our member service and internal culture, we never discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or marital, veteran, or disability status. Please let our recruiter know if there are any accommodations we can provide for you to ensure an equitable and comfortable recruitment process.

We highly value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and this shows up in everything we do. Our research has a significant focus on the experiences of candidates from diverse backgrounds. Internally, we have Employee Resource Groups for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ employees, and Affinity Groups to support women and neurodiversity. Furthermore, we’ve established a Diversity Council to promote a workplace environment that is safe, respectful, and inclusive for all and acts as an active partner to People Ops and Leadership in service of our broader firm-wide DEI goals.
