Job description

Stateside Associates is seeking a motivated, high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Business Development team in Arlington, VA (Rosslyn). As the nationโ€™s largest state and local government relations firm, we are looking for a true hunter who thrives on the "top-of-funnel" sales activities.

This is not an account management role; you will not be responsible for long-term client maintenance, nor will it have any supervisory responsibilities. Instead, your success is defined by your ability to actively seek out, connect with, and qualify potential lead sources to kickstart the sales cycle. We are looking for a coachable, lower to mid-level professional who is hungry to generate leads and motivated by the "small wins"โ€”like identifying a high-value prospect or tracking down the right contact information. You will report to the Vice President of Business Development and play a critical role in the firmโ€™s growth by setting the stage for our internal experts to close deals.

The salary range for Business Development Representative is $80,000 - $100,000, plus incentives based on lead conversations.
