The Role:ย

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the tip of the spear, leading our outbound demand generation efforts and scheduling conversations with prospects. This role offers opportunities for rapid training and promotion in recognition of your success as an SDR. You must be comfortable reaching out to and qualifying prospective C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment as the organization continues to experience a stellar growth trajectory.ย 
Responsibilities:
  • Uncover potential opportunities by having conversations and setting meetings with prospective buyers.ย 
  • Calling and emailing compliance professionals within a designated territory.ย 
  • Partner with an account executive and collaborate on how to best generate sales opportunities.ย 
  • Become an expert on the needs of our prospects and our software.ย 
  • Work closely with senior team members and leaders to help discover new areas of opportunity.ย 
  • Track and forecast all activities via Salesforce and Outreach.ย 
  • Represent the COMPLY portfolio of brands with integrity in all internal and external communications.ย 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm for working on a fast-paced team in a high growth company setting.ย 
  • Desire to learn, be coached, and succeed in outbound tech sales.ย 
  • Willingness to make targeted outbound calls as a major part of the prospecting process.ย 
  • Ability to write succinct and thoughtful emails, while researching to include personalization.ย 
  • High level of organization and self-motivation.ย 
  • Customer-facing role in retail or hospitality is a plus, previous experience in SaaS sales preferred.ย 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.ย 
$45,000 - $60,000 a year
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus, tied to achievement of specific targets. The expected all-in compensation for this full-time Account Executive role, is a total-on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000-$75,000 with an annual base salary of $45,000-$60,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and performance against agreed upon goals.
