Mind Renewal Counseling Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a full-time therapist. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and couples in a supportive outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, providing clarity and direction for clients seeking support.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, adjusting methodologies as required.
  • Facilitate counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment while addressing the challenges faced by clients.
  • Regularly meet with clients to deliver ongoing therapy, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback.
  • Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and regulations, using practice management software.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction counselors, to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to additional resources when needed.
  • Provide psychoeducation on mental health issues and coping strategies to empower clients in their journey toward wellness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal therapist will engage with a diverse population of clients, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Valid LMFT license for clinical practice in California.

  • Demonstrable therapeutic and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients in a supportive manner.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer:
