• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs based on thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic treatment plan that integrates various therapeutic modalities and resources.
• Stay engaged in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and methodologies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of hands-on counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating your capability to manage complex client dynamics effectively.
• A strong foundation in ethical practices, legal requirements, and contemporary counseling methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant software tools is preferred.

While not mandatory, candidates with expertise in family dynamics, addiction therapy, trauma recovery, or specialized therapeutic techniques will be considered favorably.
