Drive strategic account planning and construct multi-year analytics roadmaps aligned with clients' long-term business goals.
Ensure disciplined commercial governance across pricing models, statement of work (SOW) structuring, contracting, and margin management.
Lead internal portfolio reviews, pipeline management, and precise revenue forecasting for assigned accounts.

Expand LatentView's footprint within existing accounts through the proactive cross-selling and upselling of specialized analytics capabilities.
Strategic Consulting & Analytics Intervention
Translate complex business problems into structured data and advanced analytics roadmaps.

Champion advanced commercial analytics solutions, helping clients unlock value from data to improve operational efficiency and commercial strategy.
Synthesize complex analytics outcomes into clear, measurable business value for client executive leadership teams.
Delivery Governance & Matrix Collaboration
Partner closely with delivery leadership to ensure high-impact, seamless execution across complex, multi-workstream engagements.

Experience & Qualifications
15 to 20 years of experience with a strong career focus on professional services, management consulting, or specialized analytics firms.
Proven track record as a Client Partner or Strategic Account Director overseeing Fortune 500 CPG or Retail accounts.
Demonstrated experience managing account P&L, with a history of driving organic account growth and commercial optimization.
Deep domain depth in CPG and Retail, with functional familiarity across Commercial Analytics/RGM, Marketing analytics and Supply Chain Analytics .
Strong collaborative leadership skills -proven ability to influence and guide matrixed technical teams without direct reports.
Executive presence with exceptional communication and boardroom credibility.
MBA or relevant advanced degree from a premier institution is preferred.
Key KRAs for the Role
Deliver and exceed revenue and profitability (EBITDA) targets across the assigned portfolio.
Drive organic account expansion and increase LatentView's share of wallet within designated clients.
Successfully deploy high-impact analytics solutions that resolve critical client operational blind spots.
Maintain exceptional client retention and CSAT scores through disciplined delivery governance and proactive relationship building.
Optimize account margins through rigorous pricing and resource optimization strategies.
