As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health concerns and strengths.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that are client-centered, with specific goals and interventions.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Facilitating psychoeducation classes, hosting group therapy sessions, and leading support groups to enhance clients' coping strategies.
• Offering crisis intervention and conducting risk assessments while ensuring timely and appropriate safety planning.
• Maintaining accurate documentation that aligns with ethical and legal standards to track client progress effectively.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, seeking support for various mental health issues. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.

While not mandatory, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting will be given preference. A strong background in crisis intervention and experience working with a variety of mental health conditions will enhance your candidacy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
