• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care and support students effectively.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to share knowledge and promote mental wellness among students and their families.
• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning to manage acute challenges as they arise.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are accurate and up-to-date.

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents attending remote schooling. You will engage with a diverse clientele, providing tailored support for students facing a variety of challenges, such as academic pressure, family issues, and mental health conditions. Your work will be essential in promoting resilience and emotional well-being among young individuals in our care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, ideally with children and adolescents.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches effective in a school-based context.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a remote environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and organization.
