Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and provide insight into their strengths and resources.
• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care strategies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their goals and desired outcomes.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring clients' safety and well-being in potentially high-stress situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and support groups tailored to specific client needs and topics.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
