WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a high-impact Strategic Partnership Lead to join our innovative and fast-paced Sales Support Team. A strong candidate will show success in prioritization skills and building long-lasting relationships. Working with a variety of clients, adapting quickly, and a strategic focus are key.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Account Development and Support:
- Identify, quote, and support new business opportunities with key partners in coordination with the Manager of Operations of the key account.
- Monitor open existing opportunities and coordinate with Manager of Operations for outreach and ensuring opportunities are properly processed.
- Maintain relationships with client decision-makers through consistent outreach and follow-up communications.
- Monitor client satisfaction through routine check-ins and leverage responses to drive additional feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and new business opportunities.
Account Layering:
- Connect with client stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization and introduce them to their corresponding peers at Snap Install.
- Establish and maintain new relationships between Snap and client decision-makers.
- Client Advocacy and Retention:
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs, friction points with Snap, or service delivery issues.
- Escalate and transfer issues to appropriate Snap decision-makers who can access, communicate, and drive solutions.
- Support special projects when assigned due to complexity or importance of key accounts.
Team:
- Consistently demonstrate Snap's core values: integrity, passion, perseverance, accountability, and innovation.
- Attend industry conferences and meetings when required.
- Occasional local and national travel, as required.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor.
WHAT YOU NEED
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Occasional night and weekend work
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in client relations, account management, or a related role.
- Industry experience is highly desired and valued.
Skills:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to work autonomously in a high-volume work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Strong critical thinking with the ability to identify problems and formulate decisions independently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Computer proficiency in the use of email and Microsoft Office. G-Suite and Salesforce experience is a plus.
