• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status of students, identifying their strengths and areas for growth.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to encourage peer interaction and shared learning among students.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student, setting clear therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring a safe environment for all students.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards in social work practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of emerging trends and techniques in mental health.

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents grappling with a variety of mental health concerns. You will interact with diverse student populations who may experience challenges such as academic stress, social anxiety, family issues, or trauma. Your efforts will contribute to enriching the emotional and academic lives of these students, directly influencing their potential for success both inside and outside the classroom.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly working with youth.
• Strong foundation in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
