Job Description:
Join Job Duck as an Intake Specialist (Outbound Calling) and play a key role in creating meaningful first impressions for prospective clients. In this position, you will connect with potential leads through outbound calls, follow a structured script, and help guide prospects toward scheduling consultations with the legal team. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy speaking with people, are naturally proactive, and can confidently manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Make outbound cold calls using a provided script.
• Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients.
• Schedule consultations by booking qualified prospects through the company's booking system.
• Accurately document call outcomes and client information within the CRM.
• Collaborate with the supervisor and team to ensure efficient lead management.
• Meet daily outbound calling expectations while maintaining quality conversations.
• Follow established processes and workflows for lead outreach and appointment scheduling.
• Participate in training sessions and implement feedback to continuously improve performance.
• Send emails to prospective clients when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional and courteous experience during every interaction.

Training: Comprehensive training on the booking process will be provided by the client's team.
