Known for bold design, limited drops, and cultural relevance, GUAPI is now entering a critical phase: transitioning from a fast-growing brand into a structured, scalable, and investor-ready company.

  • Lack of structured processes across operations, CX, and logistics
  • Improving systems between Shopify, 3PL, and internal workflows
  • Inefficient handling of preorders vs available inventory
  • Poor visibility on profitability and SKU-level performance
  • High dependency on manual work and team coordination
  • Growth initiatives not translating into consistent revenue
  • National & International growth to be fully structured

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Structure & Execution

  • Build and implement SOPs across all departments (CX, logistics, wholesale, finance)
  • Fix operational inefficiencies in:
    • CX quality
    • inventory flow
    • preorder management
  • Ensure daily execution discipline across teams

2. Systems & Process Optimization

  • Align and optimize:
    • Shopify
    • 3PL (Quiet / Stord)
    • internal tools (Gorgias, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Reduce manual errors (e.g., fulfillment mistakes, stock mismatches)
  • Implement scalable workflows and automation

3. Revenue Execution Support

  • Ensure growth initiatives actually translate into:
