  • Process payments when required
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
  • Monitor truck traffic and assist with directing vehicles safely through the facility
  • Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
  • Help support other departments as business needs require

What We're Looking For

  • Previous scale house experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with computers, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Professional attitude with dependable attendance
  • Comfortable working in a busy industrial environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service, administrative, office, logistics, or dispatch experience preferred
  • Previous experience in recycling, transportation, trucking, manufacturing, waste, or construction industries is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Full-Time Position

  • Rotating Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Saturday shifts are rotated among the Scale Attendants to provide coverage while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
