This position is responsible for operating our grain handling facilities in a safe and efficient manner, receiving grain, maintaining grain quality, and loading out grain to optimum grade specifications. #CrystalValleyMNJobs

Pay Range: $19-21/starting

Requirements:

  • Mechanically inclined to operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and a can-do attitude
  • Agricultural background desirable
  • Gets it, wants it, has the capacity to perform well (GWC)

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
