The ibot® Personal Mobility Device (PMD) is our breakthrough solution: a single, versatile device that eliminates the need to have multiple mobility aids. With six unique modes - including stair-climbing, 4-wheel, and balance mode - the ibot® enables users to move beyond the limits of ADA standards and experience a new level of freedom in their daily lives.
We are seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Director of Sales Operations (DSO) to join Mobius Mobility. In this role you'll supervise a growing team of talented Assistive Technology Professionals and support other sales operations staff, as they develop regional territories and deliver our innovative technology to the people who need it. The DSO will work closely with company leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, plans and forecasts. You'll be a key ambassador for the Mobius Mobility brand, while you work with our ATP's to maintain current business and build relationships with prospective accounts.
Location for this role is flexible and remote work can be accommodated. Approximately 25% domestic travel is typical.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop sales strategies, competitive positioning, and account priorities with company leadership
  • Work with ATP's to create regional plans and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeting, messaging, channels, and event planning
Sales Execution
  • Manage pipeline, provide sales reports, analytics and detailed forecast updates
  • Manage ATP team and maintain sales operations
  • Set monthly and quarterly sales goals that support annual budgets. Motivate sales team and broader organization to achieve these goals
  • Achieve sales forecasts, with overall responsibility for the revenue performance of the company
Relationships and Market Leadership
  • Recruit and hire ATP staff and develop sales training programs
  • Build and maintain key customer and stakeholder relationships, including private and public rehabilitation hospitals, user/patient advocacy groups, and industry associations
  • Provide market feedback, evaluate and recommend updates of rehab products and services offered by the company
  • Attend expositions and industry conferences as needed
Sales Operations and Delivery
  • Assist with insurance documentation and processes as needed
  • Work collaboratively with company operations and service teams to ensure equipment configuration, delivery and follow-through
Quality and Compliance
  • Uphold quality and regulatory compliance throughout sales operations department
  • Complete and process all applicable documentation, per regulatory and company requirements
  • Maintain certification and licenses as well as vendor systems for all direct reports

Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales leadership working in rehab technology in a Rehabilitation Facility, Clinic, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) dealer, or other applicable environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a direct selling role, preferably in medical devices, healthcare technology or services
  • Experience with user population that can include complex, medically fragile individuals
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the durable medical equipment market, specifically the company's mobility and seating products, competitive products, insurance processes and the overall market for mobility products
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Must have current working knowledge with MS Office. Experience with HubSpot CRM also preferred

Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or health-related program preferred, but not required
