Summary
A member of the HIM department whose function is to support corporate efforts to protect patient information in a fashion that strengthens the trust our community members have in us, protects our image, enhances the member experience, and is compliant with governing regulations. The individual coordinates the parties and interdisciplinary teams involved in each case and is responsible for ensuring all necessary corrections are made in a timely manner, and each case is validated prior to closure to ensure that documentation is complete and accurate to support patient safety and continuity of care.Requirements
