About the Team

The Pricing Analyst II will join a collaborative pricing team that supports both new business and renewal opportunities across the Capital Markets portfolio. The team works closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Services, and Delivery partners to develop pricing strategies, evaluate commercial proposals, and ensure consistency in pricing governance and deal execution. You'll contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on balancing growth, profitability, and client value while continuously improving pricing processes and tools.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop pricing analyses and recommendations for software, services, and managed services opportunities using approved pricing frameworks and benchmarks.
  • Support commercial deal execution from pricing request through contract review, helping drive timely approvals and decision-making.
  • Review commercial terms including discounts, payment schedules, renewal structures, ramps, and service pricing to ensure alignment with approved pricing standards.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, deal desk, financial analysis, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to evaluate pricing impacts, margins, and commercial trade-offs.
Added Bonus If You Have
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, SaaS, or other technology-enabled services environments.
  • Experience with pricing tools, quote-to-cash processes, commercial operations, or pricing governance programs.
