 Are you passionate about turning data into action and helping commercial teams perform at their best? We're looking for a Revenue Operations Partner to play a key role in driving operational excellence, providing strategic insight, and enabling high-performing commercial teams. Working closely with Sales and Revenue leaders, you'll help optimise processes, improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen pipeline performance, and support data-driven decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with stakeholder partnership to influence business outcomes at scale.Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue leaders to provide operational support and strategic insights that drive business performance.
  • Analyse pipeline health and sales performance to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support forecasting cycles, territory planning, target setting, and capacity planning activities.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline integrity through effective governance and reporting practices.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support operational scalability.
  • Assist with deal reviews and commercial processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Produce meaningful reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, tools, and revenue operations processes.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar business support function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations.
  • Confident building relationships and partnering with a range of stakeholders across commercial teams.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce, and reporting or business intelligence tools.
  • Good understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Able to balance attention to detail with a broader commercial mindset.
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with a passion for improving processes and delivering positive business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve and change.
