We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Retail Marketing & Brand Manager to lead brand growth initiatives across the U.S. retail market. This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, commercialization, innovation, and execution.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, support new product launches, strengthen market presence, and deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute retail marketing and brand strategies that drive growth and market share
  • Lead go-to-market plans for new products and brand initiatives
  • Manage promotional programs, analyze results, and optimize performance
  • Oversee brand messaging, packaging, visual assets, and customer-facing communications
  • Drive digital marketing, social media, and content strategies
  • Partner closely with sales, supply chain, and product teams to support business objectives
