Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups experiencing various mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to support clients' overall wellness and navigate resources effectively.
  • Advocate passionately for clients' rights, empowering them to access community resources and necessary support services.
  • Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record system, ensuring quality continuity of care.
  • Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities to refine your clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest practices in social work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health.
  • Strong skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse populations, including those from varying cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience
