We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Resolute Health Center. Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own space while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and potential barriers to treatment.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that outline measurable goals and interventions necessary for client success.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, ensuring an integrated approach to manage the clients' psychological and physiological well-being.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to critical resources, ensuring they have the support needed to thrive in their communities.
• Document all interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records accurately and in a timely manner to maintain the integrity of client data.
• Participate in continuous professional development by attending team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions designed to enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Resolute Health Center, you will primarily work with clients dealing with substance use disorders, mental health issues, and co-occurring conditions. Our diverse patient population includes individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic approach. Your expertise will play a crucial role in assisting clients on their journey towards recovery, and in fostering resilience in the face of mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• At least three (3) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, particularly in mental health or substance abuse settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• A deep commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and adherence to ethical practices in social work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a detox center or similar treatment facilities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation standards.
• Prior involvement in advocacy-related initiatives or community outreach programs.

Compensation and Benefits

• At Resolute Health Center, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
