Work Environment

As a member of our remote team, you will engage with clients and colleagues in a dynamic virtual setting utilizing telehealth technology. Evening and weekend availability is encouraged to accommodate the varying needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to clarify their challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific goals and life circumstances, ensuring they incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively engage clients.
• Work in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, providing a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, aiding their understanding of mental health issues and recovery efforts.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering strictly to ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or similar, with the ability to practice independently.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices, demonstrating an understanding of mental health diagnoses and interventions.
• Exceptional clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in virtual communication tools and maintaining telehealth documentation securely.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment, particularly with diverse populations.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention strategies.
• Interest in continuous professional development, particularly in emerging therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 104,000, based on your qualifications and years of experience.
