Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to determine specific concerns and needs of clients.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure integrated care that enhances client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in mental health care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your experience and credentials.
