Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst

Location: Remote | Travel: Quarterly to Tampa, up to 15%
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support Epic PB configuration, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting. The analyst will work with revenue cycle and technical teams to improve billing workflows and system performance.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing.
  • Build billing workflows, rules, workqueues, and system enhancements.
  • Support charge capture, claims, payments, and denial management.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
  • Support testing, upgrades, implementations, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
  • Maintain system and workflow documentation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Epic Professional Billing experience.
  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of professional billing and revenue cycle workflows.
  • Experience with claims, charge capture, workqueues, payments, and denials.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
