Job Summary:
The Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst is responsible for the implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic Resolute HB module. This role collaborates with revenue cycle, finance, and clinical teams to ensure efficient billing workflows, accurate charge capture, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Resolute HB module
  • Analyze billing workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Support charge capture, claims processing, and reimbursement optimization
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and go-live activities
Required Qualifications:
