Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing suitable evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly track and evaluate the progress of each client.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring seamless access for clients facing mobility or geographical challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, peer supervision, and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Resolute Academy, we cater to a diverse demographic that includes adolescents, adults, and families struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect meaningfully with clients and colleagues.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse client backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to meet the needs of a diverse client load.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in community settings or private practice with a focus on diverse mental health issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and remote therapy best practices.
• Experience working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, along with an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000.
