Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual consultations to identify clients' issues and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions that are tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting treatment strategies as required to promote optimal outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families to facilitate their involvement in the therapeutic process, enhancing the support network around each client.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with at Resolute Healthcare Clinic come from varied backgrounds and include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological difficulties. Qualifications

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) is required.
• A minimum of a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, particularly in handling a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Ability to expertly navigate digital health records and virtual therapy platforms to provide an effective clinical experience.
• Skills in crisis intervention and resource navigation, with a profound commitment to ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials, reflecting our commitment to valuing our team members.
