The Senior Project Manager, Value & Access leads complex, global initiatives across the Value & Access organization, inclusive of Market Access and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). This role partners crossfunctionally beyond Value & Access as needed to ensure disciplined execution, financial governance, and scalable delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.

This position reports to the Vice President, Value & Access, is part of the Value & Access organization, and is a fully remote role within the United States.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead complex, global Value & Access initiatives across Market Access and HEOR, partnering crossfunctionally with Finance, Commercial, Medical, Analytics, and regional teams to drive aligned execution.
  • Drive rigorous program execution by defining clear scope, ownership, timelines, interdependencies, risks, and decision points across multistakeholder efforts.
  • Partner with Finance to manage budgets, track spend, monitor variances, and ensure strong financial governance across Value & Access initiatives.
  • Design and implement standard work, operating rhythms, and governance models to enable scalable, consistent execution and transparency across regions.
  • Apply Danaher Business System tools to strengthen execution rigor, surface risks early, influence outcomes without authority, and drive continuous improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree with preference for 8+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree in field with preference for 6+ years of related work experience.
  • Multiple years of experience leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives in a regulated, global, or datadriven environment, with demonstrated ownership from planning through delivery.
  • Proven ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders, including setting scope, managing interdependencies, surfacing risks, and enabling decisionmaking without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance on budget management, expense tracking, and financial governance for crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Handson experience applying structured continuous improvement, Lean or enterprise operating system methodologies, such as the Danaher Business System

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to approximately 15 percent, based on global project and stakeholder needs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare commercial operations.

The annual salary range for this role is $103,500-$135,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
