We are seeking a highly strategic and customer-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation cloud-native Radiology PACS platform. This role will drive the transformation of radiology imaging workflows by delivering scalable, secure, and AI-enabled solutions that improve radiologist productivity, enhance clinical outcomes, and support enterprise-wide imaging strategies.
As the product leader for Radiology PACS, you will own the product roadmap across image management, diagnostic viewing, workflow orchestration, interoperability, cloud migration, and AI integration. You will work closely with radiologists, imaging administrators, health system executives, engineering teams, and commercial stakeholders to define and deliver a market-leading cloud PACS solution.
This role requires deep expertise in radiology workflows, enterprise imaging, healthcare interoperability, and cloud-based software platforms.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a cloud-native Radiology PACS platform
  • Drive the transition from legacy PACS architectures to a modern, scalable, cloud-based imaging ecosystem
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, competitive threats, and emerging technologies to differentiate the platform
  • Develop investment strategies that balance customer needs, market demands, technical modernization, and business growth
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for radiology imaging workflows across outpatient imaging centers, community hospitals, and large integrated delivery networks
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define a highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-native PACS platform
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities and potential threats. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company's products stand out in the market
  • Partner with sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to support product adoption and revenue growth
  • Support strategic customer pursuits, RFP responses, executive presentations, and reference programs
  • Drive customer migration strategies from legacy PACS environments to cloud-native solutions

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of product management experience within healthcare technology
  • 5+ years of direct experience with Radiology PACS and Enterprise Imaging solutions
  • Direct experience developing and deploying radiology/PACS products/solutions
  • Proven deep understanding of radiology workflows, imaging operations, physician reading environments, and health system imaging strategies
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale healthcare software products
  • Experience developing cloud-native SaaS platforms and modernization initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MS, Clinical Informatics, or related field)
  • Knowledge of subspecialty radiology workflows including Emergency, Breast Imaging, Cardiology, and Teleradiology
  • Experience with AI-enabled radiology workflows, workflow orchestration platforms, and clinical decision support solutions
  • Familiarity with imaging reimbursement, operational metrics, and radiology productivity measures, including turnaround times, RVUs, worklist optimization, and quality programs
  • Experience leading cloud PACS migration programs and legacy PACS replacement initiatives
  • Familiarity with FDA-regulated and quality-managed software development environments
  • Familiarity with popular product management tools and software, such as JIRA and Aha!
  • Solid collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers
  • Ability to convey complex ideas, present product strategies and plans, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
