We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to provide full lifecycle recruiting support to Ford Racing, partnering closely with stakeholders across Concord, NC and Allen Park, MI while working remotely through Sustainable Talent.

This is a high-visibility role for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, specialized environments and is excited to influence hiring strategy in the performance and motorsport space. You'll own end-to-end recruiting, stakeholder management, and candidate advocacy for critical roles that directly impact Ford Racing's success.

About the Role

You'll lead full lifecycle recruiting across key Ford Racing functions, working closely with hiring leaders and talent partners to define talent needs, drive search strategy, and deliver exceptional candidates. While you will be remote, you'll collaborate regularly with teams based in Concord, NC and Allen Park, MI and may support roles in both locations. The ideal candidate brings senior-level recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and an ability to navigate niche talent markets, ideally including motorsport and performance automotive domains.

What You'll Do
  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for Ford Racing roles, from intake to offer, across technical, operational, and business functions as needed.

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and search strategies aligned to Ford Racing's objectives.

  • Lead candidate screening, resume/profile review, and assessment conversations, advocating for top talent and ensuring strong alignment with role and culture.

  • Manage candidate pipelines, drive proactive outreach, and maintain accurate documentation in Ford's ATS and Sustainable Talent systems.

  • Facilitate regular stakeholder updates, presenting pipeline data, market insights, and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.

  • Identify search challenges early and propose creative solutions, leveraging motorsport/performance/aftermarket automotive networks where possible.

  • Guide candidates through the process with clear expectations, timely follow-up, and a focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Sourcer to align on sourcing priorities, calibrate profiles, and ensure smooth handoffs from top-of-funnel through offer.

What We Need to See
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, technical, or specialized talent environments.

  • Proven success managing senior-level stakeholders, driving intake discussions, and influencing hiring decisions.

  • Strong skills in candidate assessment, interviewing, and resume/profile evaluation, with a focus on quality and fit.

  • Comfort working remotely while partnering with geographically distributed teams in Concord, NC and Allen Park, MI.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data, market insights, and recommendations clearly to leadership.

  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Bonus Points
  • Motorsport expertise or experience in performance, motorsports, or the aftermarket automotive industry.

  • Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or highly specialized roles where talent markets are niche or competitive.

  • Background working with or within large enterprise organizations, preferably automotive or industrial.

  • Familiarity with Ford's ATS or similar enterprise applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Logistics
  • Location: Remote, supporting Ford Racing teams based in Concord, NC and Allen Park, MI.

  • Engagement: Salaried position with Sustainable Talent dedicated to Ford.

  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off; sick leave; holiday pay; and access to the Sustainable Talent employee assistance program.
