Hybrid/Remote Opportunity

Hybrid Role 3 days on-site, 2 days remote (MUST be located in the SanFrancisco Bay Area).

Remote Role if not located in the SanFrancisco Bay Area (NO EAST COAST APPLICANTS).

Compensation
  • Base Salary $80K - $90K (annual) - depending on experience
  • Bonus $10K- $40K+ (annual)
  • Total Compensation $90K-130K+, depending on performance
Job Description Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for the customers of our largest tech clients, such as Dropbox, Facebook, Oracle, and Microsoft.
  • Project manage our customers larger orders, webstore projects, e-commerce sites, and special event swag.
  • Develop and execute strategic customer plans to drive revenue growth for our largest customers.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing an annual book of business or project volume of $1M or more.
  • Experience managing corporate programs, online company stores, or strategic multi-year accounts, demonstrating a focus on longterm, relationshipbased client growth rather than only transactional, oneoff orders.
  • Demonstrated ability to present strategic product recommendations and creative decks to clients, effectively leading the creative process.
  • Successfully managed multiple client projects simultaneously while working in a remote or hybrid operational environment.
  • Proven experience collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams, including Creative/Design, Production, and Warehouse/Logistics.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members or admin in a collaborative work setting.
About You (Required Skills & Experience) Must Have
  • 3+ years of senior account management experience handling large corporate clients.
  • 3+ years of experience working at a $10M+ promotional products company.
  • Proven background in handling large promotional product projects, including Warehouse, Technology, and Ecommerce stores (i.e. Shopify platform) from large enterprise clients.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Ability to provide in-depth knowledge of products and services and resolve problems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
NicetoHave
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite CRM and Warehouse Management modules.
  • Experience handling international orders and vendors.
  • Experience in a missiondriven or social enterprise environment.
