Job description

Location: Ideal candidate preferred in Eide Bailly offifce locations. Exceptional candidates considered outside of these regions.

Typical Day in the Life:

A typical day as an Industry Engagement Leader within Technology Consulting might include:

  • Originating new and expanded client business, including identifying, pursuing, and closing revenue opportunities across both new and existing clients to grow the Technology Consulting practice.
  • Providing executive-level oversight for complex, multi-workstream engagements, ensuring alignment across scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Leading engagement governance routines such as steering committees, executive status reviews, and risk assessments to maintain alignment with client and firm leadership.
  • Proactively develop, lead, nurture, and grow successful client relationships for Eide Bailly's Technology Consulting Solutions.
  • Expertly develop/nurture an understanding of client's business goals and challenges and align with Eide Bailly business applications and services.
  • Taking full accountability for engagement outcomes, including client satisfaction, delivery quality, and overall financial performance.
  • Reviewing key deliverables prior to client delivery to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations and firm standards.
  • May plan, promote, participate in and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed.
  • Proactively identifying delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and execution challenges, and driving mitigation plans to resolution.
  • Leading escalation discussions and serving as the ultimate point of accountability for resolving complex delivery or client issues.
  • Coordinating across multiple practices and service lines to ensure seamless execution for complex client engagements, including resolving conflicts or misalignment between teams.

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years (account management or client success required) in a sports team, hospitality, technology consulting/SaaS/professional services atmosphere.
  • You have a strong technical background to work with/understand multiple departments and products/services offered.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of originating and growing client revenue.
  • You have excellent communication skills with executive-level clients.
  • You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
