We're seeking experienced, licensed insurance professionals to join our leadership team as Licensed Healthcare Leaders. In this role, you will support the success of our sales organization through coaching, training, quality assurance, subject-matter expertise, and team leadership.

Compensation Highlights

  • Pay Rate: $17.00/hour-$25.00/hour, depending on role and experience. Your recruiter will review the details based on qualifications.
  • Training completion bonus for those who have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance in the first week of production

Schedule Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop licensed telesales agents to improve sales performance, customer experience, and professional growth
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to sales teams
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on products, processes, systems, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate sales interactions to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs that enhance agent effectiveness and product knowledge
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive sales results, operational excellence, and employee engagement
  • Assist with escalated customer concerns and complex sales scenarios
  • Work from the comfort of your own home with the support of a virtual team

Qualifications

  • Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
  • Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by Sagility)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed Healthcare Advocate in a telesales environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment
  • Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close
