Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and motivated Medicare Sales Agents for a high-performance remote sales position focused on heavy outbound dialing and lead conversion. Agents will work third-party vendor leads, contact Medicare prospects, qualify beneficiaries, and close enrollments while maintaining full CMS compliance.This role also emphasizes policy effectuation, member retention, and cross-selling ancillary products to maximize client value and long-term retention. Ideal candidates are strong closers who understand relationship-based sales and are comfortable working in a fast-paced outbound environment.
Responsibilities
    • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects
    • Work and convert third-party lead vendor calls
    • Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and PDP plans
    • Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
    • Complete compliant enrollments
    • Strong Follow up skills with clients to maintain policy effectuation
    • Maintain strong member retention through proactive client support and follow-up
    • Must Cross-sell ancillary products including dental, vision, hearing, hospital indemnity, and other supplemental coverage options
    • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up activity
    • Meet daily dialing, talk-time, sales, retention, effectuation, and ancillary sales KPIs

Qualifications
    • Active Health Insurance License required
    • AHIP certification preferred
    • Medicare sales experience required
    • Strong outbound sales and closing skills
    • Experience with retention, effectuation, and ancillary product sales a MUST
    • Comfortable in a heavy outbound dialing environment
    • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
    • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
    • Experience working third-party vendor leads is a plus
    • MUST be able to get appointed with carriers
    • Excellent attendance and availability required for remote consideration
